I use live365.com alot myself and found a fairly reliable way of using it.

Simply in the live365 setup choose the winamp playlist option, which allows you to grab the .pls file. Sound like you already did that, so save this file somewhere accessible by Freevo and add a section to your webradio fxd to point to this file locally.
as example, here is a station setup from my fxd:

<container title="Live 365">
      <audio title="In Dark Faith Eternal">
      <playlist/>
      <url>/home/freevo/data/idfe.pls</url>
       <cover-img source="darkfaith.jpg">darkfaith.jpg</cover-img>
      </audio>
</container>

with the pls file directly saved from a browser.
This method actually uses your username and password and will play without commercials if you got membership, however the mp3pro option is unavailable to anything but their custom player.

Hope this helps :)

Ps. If you login to live365 from another machine you may have to re-save the playlist, as the authorization stuff changes..

If it works the same way as the command .fxds then &amp; etc

Have a look at /usr/share/freevo/fxd/examples/german-news.fxd
