ah... you are right! I had used freevo with root user, then moved to my own user, so /var/cache/freevo is not writable. Thanks! Is there a way to have a per user cache?
Anyway there is still a little problem. My "test" DVD has one movie at the DVD "root" folder and 4 movies in other folders. Freevo only shows the movie at the root folder.
