Thanks, I thought I had all the devel. packages, but the imlib11 from Ubuntu wasn't the right one. I found the imlib2 devel. after some searching. Thanks for the help.Now I'm finding a hang up with pygame. I installed the tarball that I thought included the devel scripts, but it appears this might be the same problem as with imlib2. Any ideas where to get Pygame Dev.? I've looked and Googled with no luck.
