I forgot to tell that the error message is the error page i get in my webbrowser when I try to acces the config.rpy page. The pluginconfig.rpy page gives the same / similar error page in the webbrowser. I will try the logfile page tomorrow. As far as I know now are all the other function working in the web interface. By the way I cannot fully confirm if I have installed Java on my media PC. I read in the error meassage that the system tries to run some JAVA scripts. And thinking of this I try to remote access the media PC. I am not running the browser on the same computer, but I use a notebook with XP (and firefox) to configure and check everything. My media PC is connected with the TV and has normally no keyboard nor mouse connected. Again many thanks for your help on this!
