Hi. What do you use to see the movie? Mplayer or xine? Is it a dvd or a file? Do you use alsa or oss? You should give some more info. Meanwhile, you can see in the logs how the movie is played. You will find it in /home/freevo/log, or /var/log/freevo/ or something like that. First see the main-*.log file and if needed, the logs of mplayer or xine. Run the same commands that freevo runs and try to see what's happening.
