Thanks for the suggestions.  Hadn't thought much about fan noise, I'm 
sure I'd be annoyed if I bought a loud one.

I may be outputting to both a big ol' crt television and a flat screen 
LCD.  The Dish device does both, I have both, and I might move it around.
