When mplayer is launched from Freevo on my TV the mplayer window
doesn't expand to the whole screen without a window manager to
give it hints; I am using MPLAYER_VO_DEV='xv'.
On my desktop machine, I use FVWM and I want Freevo to expand to the
whole of my seconds screen.
In both cases I want to set the FVWM window decoration style otherwise
the title bar edges out the very bottom of the Freevo window.
Once Freevo is started, I can restart FVWM and the style
Style "Freevo*" NoTitle, NoHandles, BorderWidth 0
works perfectly. Freevo starts with a different 'name'. The question
what is it?
