I changed most of the command line arguments to freevo, to use the
optparse module; this is more Linux like than the original in freevo
arguments.

See freevo --help for the possible arguments. start has been replaced
with --daemon as this is more correct that start and also means the
order is not important so freevo --daemon webserver or freevo webserver
--daemon are the same.
