Fabrizo's workaround helped. Adam's idea makes things easier, thanks for
that!
What helps automatically is "-demuxer lavf", it just takes much longer (vs
modified VPID) to get picture, but it works without modifying channels.conf.
It is with MPlayer SVN-r30554-4.4.3
Btw, channels are not HD, here it's just h264 for all of the broadcast. Poor
people with quite new flatscreens with inbuilt mpeg2 decoders.
