I upgraded packages on my freevo box to Debian testing. I didn't upgrade the python or the freevo. From about then, with changes in hal and udev, I've had weird things happen with my drive space, like it filling at a fast rate. To make sure that the tv would record for the next show we were unplugging the tv stick and then plugging it back in
Today I managed to get closer to the trouble, as one of the half hour tv shows which ran to 102GB turned out to have about 14 hours of SD video recorded, 1.6M frames. A bit of work with a video editor and I can have this show on the drive without filling the whole drive, but I'm not sure why the recordserver isn't shutting off the record. I did have logging enabled earlier, and it didn't help me sort out this trouble. I was making a new kernel because something hangs - and it might be the tv card driver. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Lotusphere 2011 Register now for Lotusphere 2011 and learn how to connect the dots, take your collaborative environment to the next level, and enter the era of Social Business. http://p.sf.net/sfu/lotusphere-d2d _______________________________________________ Freevo-users mailing list Freevo-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freevo-users
