I've read the name of the patch, then I read the patch itself.
From the name, it was *totally* unclear to me what it meant.
For simple patches like this, additional documentation at the
top of the patches is nonsense¹, but for more complicated patches
you need descriptions anyway.
¹) The filename is not enough, but a 5 second glimpse at
the patch itself is. Besides, what do you expect from
a patch to a Makefile? It's always build fixes etc.
