It's quite good for a first package ☺ Some things I saw, which are probably
just cosmetics though:

Please indent the help with two additional spaces and wrap it at, say,
66 characters per line maximum.

If you have INSTALL_STYLE=auto, your post-install target _should_ take
its files from ${WRKINST} – what about this one:

+ cd ${WRKINST} && ${PCP} usr/bin/sispmctl ${IDIR_SISPMCTL}/
This should work if the package's own installation procedure works as
usual, if not we'll find something ☺
