Can you show us "ls -la
/home/ole/Desktop/freewrt_1_0/build_mipsel/linux-2.4-brcm/root.jffs2-64k"?

At the moment the limit for TRX files is 0x697800 == 6912000 Bytes.

That is the worst case maximum for supported devices with 8 MB
flash. 8192 kb - 384 kb bootloader - 128 kb nvram - 128 kb fwcf - 5x
128 kb (jffs2 images need 5 free blocks to work properly).

If you want to install an image bigger than 4096 kb, you need to use
mtd or the webinterface of the vendor. On most devices installation
via TFTP is limited to < 4096 kb.
