There might be still a problem in the order of the ports. Can you
send your interfaces file? 
If you have for LAN 1 2 3 4 5* as switch-ports, try
0 1 2 3 5* and WAN "4 5"

The Switch Driver does not recognize a model and configure it right.
We should fix this behavior.
