Yeah, this is a know problem, but i don't expect this to be fixed in
the 1.0 branch at all, since it is a busybox problem. It might be fixed
with a newer busybox version in a future release, just be carefull with
whitespaces for now =)

As far as i know, this is just not possible without wds. The accesspoint
expects _one_ MAC behind every station.
I tested this some time ago with the atheros card in my old desktop, and
had the same results... briding didn't work. The accesspoint stopped
responding the second some box other than the wlan-station made traffic.
Perhaps there are ways to hack around this, but imho, the only real
solution is wds. This has to be set up on both routers, of course.
But wds was reported to be not working on FreeWRT at the moment. I think
someone from the dev team works on it.
