Hi.

While playing with my Asus WL500gP AP running:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# grep version /etc/banner
 -------------- version 1.0 revision 3763 -------------

I created /etc/resolv.conf. But it will not be saved
running fwcf commit. It even doesn't show up when running
fwcf status. All interfaces are configured as "static" so
there is no need running a dhcp client.

As a workaround I created a startup script that reads
custom variables from /etc/rc.conf and creates /etc/resolv.conf on the
fly. But is this really a normal behavior? At least the Handbook
(http://www.freewrt.org/docs/1.0/handbook/html-single/handbook.html)
never mentioned anything special about /etc/resolv.conf.

Should I file a bug ?

Many thanks in advance,

Andreas.
