Pretty cool whois tool that 'defragments' the fragmented NIC space for .com,
.net and so on (you know, everything used to get handled by internic, now
anyone and his dog can have a go). It figures out (in most cases) the
correct NIC (network info centre) and goes off to get the info from there.
