Distance and time is what determines the actual exposure, and why electric blankets and other consumer items are comparable.

It's not as simple as an inverse square law like from a broadcast point source, but there are still radius^2 terms in the denominator of the formula. http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/iel5/61/4476461/04419949.pdf?tp=&isnumber=&arnumber=4419949 Marcus ============================================================ FRIAM Applied Complexity Group listserv Meets Fridays 9a-11:30 at cafe at St. John's College lectures, archives, unsubscribe, maps at http://www.friam.org
