Feb. 13. The bill passed by a vote of 48 Yes and 2 No. The 2 No votes were State Senator John Brenden - (R) - SD 18 - Scobey and State Senator John Esp - (R) - SD 31 - Big Timber. The 2 No votes were the same individuals as noted above and those excused were State Senator Ken (Kim) Hansen (D) - SD 17 - Harlem and State Senator Ryan Zinke (R) - SD 2 - Whitefish.
