Before a change somewhere in the pipeline I could turn off the video segment of youtube on my android. Or use 'mobile mode' on it and it'd do the same. Now after some update that's getting harder to do. Before some update I could type into 'Navi' the little floating bar on the start screen that to get a play list German basic phrases(for instance) and it'd send me the audio. Sufficed to say having having some effing 'youtube app' take over the device makes that neighimpossible to do. This all makes it harder and harder to resist pinging Rubin directly for tech support. I have a vague picture of how that'd go (no I won't support your phone comes to mind).
