I would expect that it should be able to do it. It should also be able to produce a log of all keystrokes and mouse events received and processed.
An audit laptop would be able to independently sniff the keystroke and mouse events off the LAN and verify that the log from the test scoring machine matches the events sent by the test taker machines.
