Re LLM Q&A: It kinda seems weird to me. Stack Overflow should naturally pivot meta. I have a LOT of problems finding the right prompt(s), especially ones that work across LLMs. And there are various other parameters, tools and UI variation, etc. TANSTAAFL. The effort is the algorithm. Yes, those comfy in their phone-it-in job ... or those who are incapable of learning new skills ... or those captured by the golden handcuffs will suffer. And if we had a Good Faith government, we'd provide safety nets and facilitate paths out of those traps. But it does none of us any good to deny the reality of innovation nor be like Chicken Little.
