Did you mean Tidal Cycles <https://tidalcycles.org/>? Or is TidalWave a tune by Switch Angel? Apparently, she uses Strudel <https://strudel.cc/>. I haven't tried either ... but plan to. My audio play has been limited to LMMS, Pure Data, and Audacity. I did try some algcomp with Common Music back in the days when I tried to understand Lisp, but never produced anything worth registering.
Renee' forced me to watch Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2 last night. [sigh] I managed to avoid puking. The only good thing about being a vampire would be that you might have the time to learn things like algcomp ... or IUT ... or whatever else floats the boat. I certainly would NOT spend centuries mooning into someone else's eyes for no damned reason. On 12/24/25 1:35 PM, Jon Zingale wrote:
TidalWave is so wonderful. """ This next one is dedicated to a stolen laptop. Kickdrum, for the floor with the scope. Let's make the bass bounce. Let's duck it with our kick... Lower the decay. Time to blow it up. Let's destroy the bass with diode distortion. Our bass can tell a story. Let's fm the bass with time. Modulo. Cycles one full full two. Drop the bass to F1 """
