Hallo Ralf thank you for the pointer to the correct makefile, I have handishly downloaded the required files and will give thebuild (with and without aldor) another try. Anyhow the build from the tarfile should work if I type > make --enable-aldor=no isn't it?
I used my google account (but the reply address is set to teh uni-konstanz.de mail address), so I change that when posting to fricas-devel I have a prety old aldor installed (over 1 year old) may that also be an issue, is there a version number of aldor which is mandartory to surpass? I have an AXIOM running, at some stage it seemed that the build process might confuse the two axioms?
