I am not sure whom to blame. For me the wget command above works.
If there is really problem with certificate for
axiom.svn.sourceforge.net we should report it to SourceForge,
after all it is one of theirs machines. OTOH given all traffic
SourceForge gets I would be surprised if there is
something wrong with their certificate.
