Hi Ralf,

you asked about where you would find some information about the
problems defining
coalgebras, when I said one has to be careful about the dualization
and the tensor.
Since I still not have access to my paper archive/and books, I came
across of two
papers which might shed some light on that:

by V.L. Kurakin. They have the advantage to discuss polynomial hopf
algebras over rings.
