Hi Ralf, you asked about where you would find some information about the problems defining coalgebras, when I said one has to be careful about the dualization and the tensor. Since I still not have access to my paper archive/and books, I came across of two papers which might shed some light on that:
www.springerlink.com/index/EL97KK1EBQXFCVV6.pdf www.springerlink.com/index/K56562WT13136W73.pdf by V.L. Kurakin. They have the advantage to discuss polynomial hopf algebras over rings. Cheers BF. PS: I post it over the list, since this discussion was started there. -- % PD Dr Bertfried Fauser % Research Fellow, School of Computer Science, Univ. of Birmingham % Honorary Associate, University of Tasmania % Privat Docent: University of Konstanz, Physics Dept <http://www.uni-konstanz.de> % contact |-> URL : http://clifford.physik.uni-konstanz.de/~fauser/ % Phone : +49 1520 9874517 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "FriCAS - computer algebra system" group.
