I've just stumpled over the domain PolynomialIdeals. Since the usual
convention is actually to have the singular as a name for a domain, for
example, Integer, Polynomial, etc. we should rather rename that domain
to PolynomialIdeal.
There are only very few places that would be affected by that change.
Any opinion?
