For hyperlinked pages like the TeXmacs page I think the best way would be to create a new page and copy the contents (cut-and-paste) of the old page to the new one. That way the link (camel-case words, i.e. words containing more than one upper case letter) will not be changed. If the old page is obsolete, it can safely be deleted and the links on these words will disappear. Or the contents of the old page can be replaced with more appropriate contents.
