mathaction2input worked fine but the example syntax

gave me errors.
I had to do the actions separately
curl
http://axiom-wiki.newsynthesis.org/SandBoxPolynomialSequencesMatrix/src

./mathaction2input fricasPoly_src.txt PolynomialSequencesMatrix.input
Probably my ignorance but I am not going to fix it now.
