I think technically, yes, because the account we are ordering through
is a 'retail' account Leigh setup through Art Dogs, so the invoice
from Mountain People's is made out to Art Dogs, and they pay it.
We in turn pay Art Dogs (through the buying club).
This is different from Mountain People's "Buyer's Club" edition of
their catalog, where they take care of tax reporting and such, and
charge extra. In this case, Art Dogs is responsible for paying sales
taxes, and complying with local regulations... Anyway, I'm okay with
being proved wrong on this, but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
