Did you do step 2a? I'd be willing to bet the password is not the
same, since it was probably automatically assigned to something random.
In fact, it should *not* be a valuable password (that you use for
everything), because it is emailed to you as a reminder once per
month, (and that is a security risk for a valuable password).
