a new version of pacman-tools is available now
as DNAku suggested, now there is a NEWS file, so that you'll now that's
up :)

- chkdep: replace libgl with opengl
- rf: use repoman ls everywere it is possible
- rf: don't call repoman cl for nobuild packages
