yes, using the service wrapper everywhere would be better

this should be decied from pkg to pkg. for example if one install dbus,
probably he/she want to use it, so it's no good not enabling that
service. also mysql is a typical example of "do not start the service by
default, it is there because it provides a lib we're depeding on"

so if you think some of the services (which are currently started by
default) should be disabled by default, then discuss it here, but don't
disable them by default
