as of 0.5.2 now there is only one binary, called setup, and this loads
the config tools, which are simple libs located at /lib/frugalware. also
the dialog-independent functions are splitted out, eg. you'll find
libfwnetconfig, libfwtimeconfig and so on
the setup command itself shows a menu of the available config tools - a
long-time requested feature. of course only the ported config tools are
shown - atm timeconfig and netconfig
