hi

during the last one and and a half month none of our pacman patches got
merged. also zero progress to release their pacman-3.0. we have
2.9.9999.9999..9999.9.28. from the reply to my last mail to them
(http://www.archlinux.org/pipermail/pacman-dev/2006-May/000316.html):
"Arch/Pacman is not a first priority in most of our lives." (Judd)

ok, so time to change our versioning scheme

we use x.y.z in pacman-tools and frugalwareutils, so after .28 here is
pacman-3.2.9

this version (besides BMH's i18n fixes) contains numerous fixes in
makepkg for the localized pacman, and full gpg support in makepkg

also a new pacman-tools is released, the new fblint will find the new
pacman & pacman-tools's FB valid, while they're using the gpg support

use man makepkg or see the FB of pacman or pacman-tools on how to use
this new gpg stuff

it's very usefull where upstream publishes digital signatures but
md5/sha1sums

udv / greetings,
VMiklos
