hi since BMH added -stable support to checkpkgs, i've started to add -stable suppor to rf, syncpkg and syncpkgd (repoman and makepkg already had)
the changes are in darcs, helicon currently runs pacman-tools from darcs and runs syncpkgd for stable, too (that means no extra load since the different trees are synced _after_ each other, not paralelly) what need to be done: - review the kernel modules to build for the kernel in -curren/-stable while running _any_ host kernel. i've started this and i've only ~5 packages to fix. also i'm not sure what's the best way to test it - currently i have a box with kernel-...-fw4 and there i can test if the modules are built for -fw5 or not. of course still, if you can't test it then please you Fcheckkernel to prevent corrupted packages - after that review release a new pacman-tools and upgrade the buildservers udv / greetings, VMiklos -- Developer of Frugalware Linux, to make things frugal - http://frugalware.org _______________________________________________ Frugalware-devel mailing list [email protected] http://frugalware.org/mailman/listinfo/frugalware-devel
