hi
probably you noticed that there were no freeze before 0.5pre1. this was
mainly because:
1) the usual setup bugs are now discovered by the testsuite, so there was
only one unexpected bug in the setup
2) there were heavy updates in the last 2 days (freetype, xorg) so the
snapshot iso _before_ these updates are released as 0.5pre1
3) freeze is a bad but necessary event, this time it was possible to
avoid it
so the isos are on the mirrors, the announcement draft is at
http://wiki.frugalware.org/Announce-0.5, it'll be done tomorrow morning
I'll do the usual checking :)
thanks you all for making this release possible :)
udv / greetings,
VMiklos
