Hey all,
I brought this up on IRC a while ago, and several people agreed. We need
a system for planning features that will be in the next release of
Frugalware. See Ubuntu's specification system on launchpad.net to see
what I mean - they plan everything for new releases, with several
developers discussing each specification and deciding the best way to
implement it. IMO, this results in a much better quality distro.
So. I have written a wiki page describing how I think this should be
done here: http://wiki.frugalware.org/Release_Planning
Please read it and tell me what you think. There is a specification
template there to show how a specification should be written on the wiki.
