hi

till now the source of the frugalware pkg lacked of version control.
a simple bump was the following:
1) untar the previous release
2) mv frugalware-oldver frugalware-newver
3) tar it up again and check if the permissions are ok

this was ugly and there were no version control, so i've moved the
changing files out of the source pkg to fst..

of course this was bad, just i didn't have time to write a Makefile that
creates the necessary dirs/files with proper permissions

okay, enough.. now this is changed :)

i've set up a frugalware repo (just like pacman-tools or
frugalwareutils) and the release is made by the usual 'make release' and
the FB is simple again as usual since all the complex stuff is moved to
the install target of the frugalware repo's Makefile

this means that i had to re-create the package from scratch, tar -d says
there is no difference, all the modes are ok.. i hope it's right :)

i've bumped the frugalware pkg one week before rc1 so that if there's
any bug we can fix it in time

udv / greetings,
VMiklos
