So I'm adding it with conflicts, provides and replaces
x-cursors-industrial, plus the necessary .install scriptlet to make it
default. Desktop maintainers, if there are any necessary changes to make
it default there you should change it. In the case of kde-frugalware I
don't mind if you take a while, crazy :) I just think it'd be better to
have the look consistent in 0.7 :)
