Just a quick note to say that, since I first started using Frugalware I've found that the community has been very welcoming. Aside from technical excellence, I think that a welcoming community is vital to a healthy community. If you don't welcome to a project people who are wanting to make a real contribution, the community and probably the project will die at some point.
