Hi all. maybe some of you noticed , I was working ( again :p ) the whole day on wx28.
Everything but 3 apps is done , everything found by git grep. Repo is there http://ftp.frugalware.org/pub/other/people/crazy/wx28 , everyone can test it. If you know any other apps are not in my wx28 repo but in current and need be fixed please let me know. What did not compiled and is really trashed ? xmule ( Janny ) wxmaxima ( priyank ) Latest one did not compiled is codeblocks ( priyank ) but snapshot / trunk does and is what upstream tells to use anway I need permission from priyank for that. priyank ? Also back to the 2 apps are really broken. xwmaxima is not active maintained anymore latest release 2005. After 2h hacking I just gave up on it. No idea what to do ( maintain ourself ? , contact the author and ask whatever he fixes it sometimes ? ) priyank ? xmule is at the moment not maintained ( even the source gone ) , website , forum is broken for ages. same situation on svn latest commit '7 months avivahl wxMSW v2.8.3 is used. Are we still alive?' actually it cannot be easy fixed because big parts need an rewrite and I won't do that. janny what to do with that one ? nobuild for now and wait to see whatever they wake up sometimes ? In meantime amule is fixed an all possible options enabled. So wx28 is on hold because this 2 apps right now ...
