Hello, I think the handling of some bug reports require explanation. I have opened a new wiki page to document such information. An excellent place for explaining why you won't implement something, for example. ;-)
If you like the idea, please consider contributing to the page when you feel some bug related information would be useful, especially when closing a bug.
