For now this is a no go, as latest nvidia bump the FX series supports, we can't bump as this. There is an unofficial patch floating around, and it need testing. But I need to sort some nvidia.sh problem I found first (missing includes and libraries symlinks, and all the up2date where broken by nvidia page changes)

No rush, we have more than one week before the 1.0pre1 freeze (I guess
it would be better to ship 1.0pre1 with the new kernel).
For the sake of simplicity, I have to do a migration of the user so that users don't complain that after upgrading the nvidia package they don't have a working X anymore. So I was wondering how to do that ? Force the users to go to the new legacy and bump 'nvidia' to 177.80 afterwards, let a news on the site, and bump after some delay (2/3days), or another option (go in hurt me plenty mode and bump everything) ?
