There is no default wallpaper, as pointed out by Devil505 previously: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.frugalware.devel/5058 I think it's up to you to choose the splashy wallpaper, then. Regaring my opinion, see: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.frugalware.devel/5050 But the final word is yours, so you can choose Simply Frugal as well. GRUB theme: if it fits, then probably the easiest is to use the same wallpaper as for Splashy, but if that's problematic, you can choose an other one as well.
