Hi, I can just tell the usual story: Elentir recently contributed more and more packages, and I think he's achieved a quality where no more explicit review is necessary for each patch.
In other words he could be given direct write access, and he could become a developer. Additionally he is the author of Fwife, so hid other related contributions already. So please vote! :) He has a +1 from my side. Thanks.
