No problem with pam-ssh I've just enable the minimum.
If don't have pam-ssh is a problem. It's easy to enable it:
Into FrugalBuild pam-frugalware just change PAM_SSH=no by PAM_SSH=yes that will 
add the rule for pam-ssh and add the package http://pam-ssh.sourceforge.net/
