If I can work out how, I might set up this announcement as a scheduled
task/Cron job. :)  I had recently planned to upgrade from dial-up to
wireless (3G) Internet access and signed up for a contract. The
contract itself had a period of 10 days in which, if I wasn't
satisfied with the service, could cancel without any cost. Instead of
working on the newsletter then, I have been testing my wireless
Internet access. Unfortunately the performance has not been good so I
will be cancelling the contract.

My apologies for the delay with issue 62 but I hope to push it tonight.
