I speak only one language, so I can't make an educated comment on
mixing languages. To be honest I usually ignore anything other than
English since I can't read it.

To resolve the problem of bilboplanet not supporting multiple
languages, perhaps each community could have their own planet? To make
everyone aware of the multiple planets, perhaps we could have a
planets page, which gave a brief description of the planets' content
and provided links to them?
