It was just removed when I merged the first rewrite (in texinfo...) the
doc. Probably the main points are still the same:

- better i18n support (maybe need to check if they still don't use
  gettext in the installer)
- better offline docs (need to check, do they still rm -rf into pages,
  which is the only format where gnu tools are documented?)
- official support for more archs (ppc)
- console and gui config tools (netconfig, gnetconfig, etc) + the
  default install results in a gui system
